TT, Week 9 : Survey "Lie to me"

Lies are most often for a reason. There is no lie without a motive. It may be out of fear, it may be out of a desire to save someone or just protect yourself. In my survey, I tried to ask only the most important questions, the answer to which will be important in future Infographics.

It is often accepted in society that a lie is bad. So remember how in childhood, in the kindergarten, your parents told you, "Never lie, lie is bad". But when you start to teenage and live your life according to your own rules, there are reasons for lying. Why go far, at school or college, didn’t you lie to your parents to go to a party or to remain the coolest student in school, trying to make yourself rich or cool. Lies were already around us then. Just now it can be discussed at a serious level.

Another interesting thing that made me think - can people lie to their loved ones? As you can see from 12 countries that I interviewed 36% can lie to their loved ones. What about the remaining 64%? It turns out that it’s easier for them to tell the harsh truth in the eyes of their loved ones than just lie and wave your hand away.

This begs the question, where are those 82% of people who think that lying is bad? They can lie 1-5, 6-10 or more times a week.

94% of people who believe that it is necessary to tell the truth, but then again, when it comes to themselves, they will lie to save themselves. Perhaps there will be some other reasons.

Let's discuss it deeper. You see, when it comes close themselves - almost half of those people replied YES. So my goal is to prove that most of people just say that Lie is bad, when it comes to them face to face - they will do everything for their advantage.

It relates to the work, to the business and when also it affects on your career. This is exactly about my 2nd topic on another subject (GDC) where I explored the topic

"Good Business - Bad person".

You can see, with each question, the number of those people voting for "Yes" is increasing.

Even when it comes really close to themselves people will think about their advantage and future.

Is it depend on what age, gender, religion and from which country the person?

There is anything about proving it, but from my research I can explain you how different countries' culture can affect on people.
