RWC is a way of organizing work, in which an employee performs the most important functions related to his/her work, using information and communication technologies (ICT),

while at home. For the purposes of this guide and in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the term

"Teleworking" means exclusively teleworking from home as temporary,

an alternative way of organizing work. This assumes that employers and workers

have joint responsibility and obligation to ensure business continuity

and employment.

Remote work requires attention to the zoning of your workplace, the necessary accessories, ergonomic furniture, and updated rules for relationships with households.

The productivity of remote workers generally raises two questions. Some

employers are concerned about "whether employees work at all", while others - "how effectively

they work". At the same time, measuring the productivity of remote workers is usually

no more difficult than physically present workers, and the procedure for this is practically nothing

is not different.

Remote worker groups, if properly managed, can work much more efficiently than under physical control, since businesses must measure employee productivity using objective indicators, and not by "time physical presence in the production area. "

It is most expedient to measure labor productivity by the end result, as well as by whether the employee is meeting a measurable benchmark or target or not. Like any goal, labor productivity cannot be achieved if no one knows what it is such. To establish the work of staff remotely, the main thing is to be clear and specific convey to employees what is expected of them.

Since we understand how difficult it is to focus on work while in a warm and comfortable chair, we suggest making a small daily reminder of how important it is to focus on the right things correctly.

ree

The poster that people can see every day in front of them, passing by the workroom, going into the kitchen or leaving the house. That reminder that the world does not stand still, and you, like the world, cannot freeze in one position. You have a certain responsibility to relate to yourself to do your daily work so as not to be ashamed of yourself. On the contrary, every day to say to yourself "What a fine fellow I am! How many useful things I have done today!" Then after all there is a stimulus to encourage oneself.
