Let's talk a little about the culture of Kazakhstan, the Kazakhs and why Baursak is so important in Kazakh culture. From ancient times this was considered a treat for children and adults. When Grandma (in Kazakhstan we call her Aje), fried Baursak, children ran away from all angles and looked through the window, waiting for Aje to be allowed to eat at least one Baursak. The same thing with adults, they gathered at one big table to drink tea with Baursak and spend time with their families.

Kazakhs lived in houses called Yurts. Since they led a nomadic lifestyle, yurts were not so difficult to build. First of all, the foundations were wooden, and then warmed with a nightmare and animal skins. The dome at the top of the yurt is called Shanyrak - a symbol of the house, the hearth and procreation.

Since ancient times, Kazakhs have greatly appreciated and respected their ancestors, they are taught to love, listen and learn from elders. Also, even from childhood, Aje teaches girls to cook, sew and keep Shanyrak always in comfort. Fathers and grandfathers (Ata) teach sons how to hunt and feed their families.

Also, since ancient times, Kazakh girls were famous for their warlike character and gentle soul. The girls had to be able to keep the house in comfort, cook, master the art of singing or something else. That is, the girls were brought up in strict observance of traditions and honor their parents and elders. They also had to be able to ride and be able to compete in races called "Kyz Kuu".

By the way, when I just arrived in Malaysia a year ago, I was offered a little work in International Office as a Student Helper and how nice it was to see the whole OFFICE when they all came to support me and my country!

Now you know about kazakh culture a little bit more and you can understand why did I chose especially this bread. It easier for me promote this type of bread that I know very since childhood
